Dalton, a repeat ENORMIS Mobile Specialties client and West Erie resident, stopped by the store on his way to work, inquiring about a remote start for his new 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500HD with the Duramax diesel engine. Dalton spoke with Doug Reichert, our integration specialist, who was happy to show him all of the options for the vehicle.
Dalton decided on our Quad two-way remote start. This remote start has two-way confirmation; 6/10 mile of range; and separate lock, unlock and start buttons. This remote start package allows Dalton to carry only one remote for all the functions. His factory Chevy remote can now go into a drawer or be used as a spare.
Dalton was on his way to work, but had a couple of hours of downtime. Doug suggested that we install the remote start while Dalton had a meal at a restaurant down the street. MECP-certified technician Art Dougan expedited the installation using Chevy-specific harnessing: The wiring Art used was meant specifically for Dalton’s 2019 Silverado 3500 HD. That means no cut wires or splicing on this 2019 Chevy truck.
ENORMIS had the 2019 Chevy 3500 out of the shop in time for Dalton to pick it up later that afternoon.
