Steve expressed his concerns about using his UTV 2018 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT in the woods at night. He needed light but he did not want the lights to go above the roof because of low-hanging branches. He also needed light on the interior of the vehicle.
Steve and ENORMIS’s Product Specialist Tony spent some time discussing lighting options. They decided that ENORMIS would install two forward-facing 13” LED bars, one rear-facing 13” LED bar and a 12” “warm-white” LED bar as a dome light, all with individual switches. We mounted the front-facing bars above the windshield, and the widened location of the bars gives a broad, clear coverage of the light.
We mounted the rear-facing bar below the roof and angled down behind the Mule. This will allow Steve to illuminate the bed and behind the Mule after dark.
The “warm-white” LED light bar (compared the the bright-white of the exterior LEDs) bathes the dash and interior in a comfortable light. This allows Steve to read the instrument display easily and also to see clearly when taking notes. Steve was very happy with the results.
