Josh, a Fairview resident and repeat ENORMIS Mobile Specialties customer, just bought a 2021 Toyota 4Runner! Josh, who has used ENORMIS Mobile Specialties since 2003, wanted a remote start for his new SUV. In fact, Josh has dealt with Doug since 2017 with his 3 other vehicle’s, including a surprise Christmas remote start for his parents! So, Josh reached out to our Integration Specialist Doug Reichert about the remote start.
Doug recommended Josh choose the Factory Start v6x with Smartphone App. That’s because, Josh’s 4Runner was a push button start and he did not want to carry another remote. Doug further explained to Josh that the Drone Mobile would be the best of both worlds for Josh. Josh would be able to get Long range starting from his I-Phone when at work in downtown Erie. Not only that but, short range remote starting would be possible from his Toyota remote when at home!
2021 Toyota 4Runner gets a Professional MECP Installation
In the morning, Josh dropped his truck off and we went to work on the remote start installation. MECP Certified technician Art Dougan was assigned the installation. Art completed the installation on the new 2021 Toyota by lunchtime. When the vehicle was completed Doug ran the remote remote start through its paces and tested the Drone Mobile System. When the vehicle was completely tested, Doug texted Josh the Drone Mobile serial # so he could set the account up from his work computer. After Josh had the Drone Mobile set up, Doug had Josh send commands from his phone in downtown Erie to our shop in Harborcreek, Pa. Because of the LTE Drone Mobile Network, the vehicle was responding with lightning quick speed! Upon picking up his 4Runner, Doug went over the specific usage of the remote start in person with Josh.
