ENORMIS: Where did you learn about ENORMIS Mobile Specialties?
Amy Woods: A friend of mine in Clymer purchased a remote car starter from ENORMIS. They were very pleased with the work and suggested I call them for help with our BMW X5 electrical problems.
ENORMIS: Why did you choose to have ENORMIS Mobile Specialties work on your vehicle?
Amy Woods: After calling the store and talking to Louis on the phone, I was impressed with his willingness to listen to my list of problems and explain their process for troubleshooting and repair. He didn’t talk down to me and used language that was easily understandable.
ENORMIS: What impressed you the most about ENORMIS Mobile Specialties?

ENORMIS: Tell us about the work you had done by ENORMIS Mobile Specialties.
My daughter drives a BMW X5 SUV that she described as being a “hot mess.” There was a tail light message on the dash, one of the door handles didn’t work, the climate control system had a problem and the stereo didn’t work. ENORMIS took care of everything and the price was very reasonable.
We called back to find out about having the radio fixed in the 1969 Cadillac my son drives. Tony provided us with several options and included complete and detailed estimates for each solution. Ultimately, we replaced the radio with a new unit that looks old-fashioned. It sounds great!
ENORMIS: Was there a team member at ENORMIS Mobile Specialties that stood out?
Amy Woods: When I called about the BMW, I spoke with Louis, who I understand is the owner of ENORMIS Mobile Specialties. There was no pressure or a sales pitch. Louis explained what he felt was wrong, how his technicians would test his theories and how they would repair the issue.
When we went back to upgrade the radio in the Cadillac, I talked to Tony. He did an awesome job finding us the perfect solution to get the sound system working again. The whole thing was very easy.
Both guys are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Even after several follow-up phone calls from me, they always took the time to make sure I was comfortable with their proposal.
ENORMIS: Is there anything else you’d like to add?
It was nice to have an automotive repair experience go exactly as planned without any surprises. The guys took great care of the Cadillac, always keeping it safe inside the shop, and the work on the X5 was amazing. There are lots of shops around that work on cars and do radio upgrades, but I can’t imagine any of them offering the level of understanding and service the ENORMIS provided. I’ve told many people how they went above and beyond my expectations.
