Erie Client Adds Unlimited Range Remote Start to 2018 Toyota 4Runner

Brian’s fiancée works at the local VA hospital and has to park a block or two away from her office, so she wanted a warm and ice-free vehicle in the winter time. She also needed long range and a remote start that would notify her if the vehicle has started. Brian, a South Erie, snowbelt resident and repeat ENORMIS customer, called ENORMIS Mobile Specialties about adding a remote start to her 2018 Toyota 4Runner PTS. Brian wanted to know if it was possible and what options were available. Brian asked for Doug Reichert, our integration specialist, for advice about what kind of remote start his fiancée should get. Based on her needs, Doug recommended the Factory Start v5 with optional Drone Smartphone app.

The Drone Smartphone app allows Brian’s fiancée to start her vehicle from her office using her smartphone or the computer at her desk.

When we installed the Drone remote start, we also activated remote start operation on her factory Toyota key fob. This allows her to start her vehicle at home using her Toyota key without getting out her phone.

Another thing nice about the 4Runner is that if the heated seats are left on, they will turn on with the remote start. A warm seat for the morning!
