Art Dougan, one of our MECP-certified technicians, installed the Mercedes-Benz-specific remote start system. This remote start system will even activate the heated/cooled seats if she leaves them on. Another advantage: Rachel did not have to give us any Mercedes keys or fobs for us to perform this remote start installation.
The dealer dropped the vehicle off at ENORMIS for the installation, then Rachel picked the vehicle up and left the loaner car with us. Doug spent the needed time to go over the full operation and features of the remote start. Just in time for the cold months ahead!
